Who we are

TeCombo is operated by StanleyTech ("we", "us", "our"). If you have questions about this policy or your data, contact us at privacy@stanleytech.co.uk.

What we collect

Your email address - used to sign you in and identify your account. We don't use passwords; we send a one-time sign-in link instead.
Photos you submit for evaluation - short bursts of images captured from your camera when you record a technique. These are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic, maker of Claude) for analysis and are not used for any purpose beyond generating your coaching feedback.
Evaluation results and any feedback you give (agree/disagree, comments) - stored against your account so you can review your history and progress.
Payment information - handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card details ourselves; we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and which plan or credit pack you purchased.
Which link brought you here, if any - if you arrived via a link we shared somewhere specific (for example, a particular online post), we note that once, when your account is first created, so we can tell which of our own efforts are actually useful. This is not cookie-based and does not track you across other sites - it's a single label attached to your account, never shared with anyone, and never updated again after signup.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't use tracking cookies or third-party analytics/advertising scripts. The only cookie this site sets is a session cookie used solely to keep you signed in.

How your data is used

To provide the evaluation service itself (sending your photos to our AI provider and returning feedback to you)
To manage your account, subscription, and credit balance
To improve the accuracy of our coaching feedback over time, using aggregated or anonymized patterns from feedback you and other users provide - never by sharing your individual photos or personal data with anyone beyond what's needed to run the service

Third parties we share data with

Anthropic - processes the photos you submit to generate your coaching evaluation. See Anthropic's privacy policy.
Stripe - processes payments. See Stripe's privacy policy.
Resend - sends your sign-in emails. See Resend's privacy policy.
Railway - hosts the application and stores account data.

How long we keep your data

Your rights
